On September 26, 2022, the seminar of IAD, the first 100% digital real estate group, took place. Despite the rain, this event, bringing together nearly 150 independent real estate advisors at the Rosa Bonheur à l'Est at the Chalet de la Porte Jaune (Vincennes, Paris) was masterfully organized by the event agency Area box.

Purpose of the event: The company is experiencing hypergrowth, with more than 100 new positions recently opened and many new employees joining the company. The idea was to create links, federate, engage and have a good time together. The very definition of team building!

This team-building event took place in 3 stages, starting with a plenary session featuring speeches by some of the company's managers, then giving way to fun group activities on the theme of Koh-Lanta, with larvae tasting and a pole trial on the program...). The day ended with a cocktail-dinner party and a dancefloor that went on into the night!
