My name is Guillaume Galmiche, and I’m a corporate photographer based in Paris. I bring a fully equipped studio (professional lighting, backdrops, and equipment) that I set up right at your location. Each employee spends 5 to 10 minutes on their photo session and then returns immediately to their workstation.
With over 7 years of experience, I have photographed more than 500 professionals in a variety of sectors: banking, healthcare, self-employed individuals, and corporate services. I know how to adapt to a work environment without disrupting it.
How does it actually work?
Defining the Scope of Your Project
We'll start by discussing your needs: number of people, location, deadlines, and how the visuals will be used.
For teams of ten or more people, we'll set up a spreadsheet where each employee can choose their time slot, so you won't have to handle the coordination.
On-site service
I'll arrive early to set up. Your teams will pose for the camera throughout the day in a relaxed atmosphere.
I guide each person to achieve consistent results, regardless of how comfortable they are in front of a camera.
After the photo shoot, the employee selects their best portrait directly from my computer.
Fast delivery of portraits
The selected portraits are retouched and then made available within 48 hours via a private online gallery, ready for use on LinkedIn, the company's website, and your marketing materials.

It depends on the size of your team, but as a general rule, I allow 5 to 10 minutes per person. For a team of 20 employees, half a day is more than enough. I’ll work with you to schedule time slots in advance so that everyone knows exactly when to come in, without unnecessary waiting and without disrupting the day’s schedule.
No. I adapt to your environment. Whether it's a meeting room, an open hallway, or a reception area, I'm used to working in a variety of settings. I arrive early to assess the space and set up the equipment before the shoot begins.
This is the most common scenario. My role goes beyond just pressing the shutter button: I guide each person on their pose, expression, and positioning. The goal is for everyone to leave with a portrait they’re happy with—even those who were nervous about the session.
Retouched portraits are delivered within 48 hours (up to 5 days for large groups) via a private, secure online gallery that is immediately accessible. The retouched images are provided in formats suitable for use on the web, LinkedIn, and in print.
