HOW DOES A PORTRAIT SESSION WORK?

Pre-shooting portrait preparations

Before the project begins, we'll take the time to prepare the shoot according to your expectations.

Together, we draw up a schedule and work orders for each member of staff. A clear and detailed instruction sheet will be sent to each person. For further information: Company trombinoscope

Shooting

I travel to your company with my mobile studio in Paris and the Ile-de-France region to take your portrait or that of your colleagues (Individual portrait or company trombinoscope).

The shots will be taken indoors or outdoors, always with a mastery of light and natural moments. 

What's more, during the shooting, my camera will be connected to a screen so that everyone can choose their best profile. So no surprises on delivery!

Portrait sublimation: Post-processing 

Your selection of portraits sublimated by post-processing and available as HD digital files on an online gallery or by file transfer.

Authentic staging to showcase your expertise

The situational portrait is distinguished by the use of a real setting and natural lighting, as opposed to an individual portrait against a neutral background. 

Using a natural setting (office, workshop, restaurant, etc.) anchors the portrait in a reality, tells a story linked to the activity and shares a part of the photographed person's world.

In corporate environments, it highlights premises and aesthetic codes, conveying a simple, friendly message.

Client: Century 21 Agency

Objective: As a corporate portrait photographer, my assignment was to shoot a series of 10 portraits of real estate agents at a Century 21 agency in the 5th arrondissement of Paris.

Client request: to create the portraits directly in the agency on a plain black background, for use on their website and business cards.

Client: SNCF

Objective: As part of a management seminar organized at SNCF head office in Saint-Denis, I produced a series of 30 professional portraits.

Customer request: Photographer to create portraits directly on site, on a plain gray background, for use on the Linkedin professional social network.

Objective: Organize a corporate portrait session in a work situation for GRENKE Location.

Client request: Mix corporate portraits with reportage images in situ. Illustrations can be used extensively for internal and external corporate communication [website, sales brochures, social networks, business cards, etc.].

Customer request: Update the company's organizational chart with portrait busts on a white background, post-processed in blue at the customer's request. Use of the portraits for the company's organization chart and for internal and external communication [website, sales brochures, social networks, business cards, etc.].

Identifying your needs

When should I take my corporate portrait?

Depending on our respective availabilities, I can organize your photo shoot all year round in Paris or the Ile-de-France region. During the week, I offer solutions adapted to your schedule.

If you have a date in mind for the shoot, I advise you to contact me a few weeks beforehand to confirm my availability and prepare the shoot well in advance.

A minimum of 1 hour's attendance is required for a session of 10 to 16 portraits, and a little more time for situational portraits.

How do I prepare for my portrait shoot?

During the pre-shoot preparation, we'll have a long chat about your wishes and expectations, including the choice of location for the shoot and the outfits you'll be wearing, in line with the image or state of mind you want to convey.

Before the shoot, you and your colleagues will be given a document summarizing the instructions.

The right questions to ask yourself before a portrait session?

Identify your needs and issues

How many employees do you need to photograph?

How many portraits per employee?

How much time do you and your staff have?

Can all employees be present on the same day?

What background do you want? plain background? your premises?

What venue should I choose for my corporate portrait?

INSIDE in your company. There's nothing better than your premises for your professional communication: the ideal setting to reflect the image of your business, your values and your know-how. On the other hand, if you prefer a plain black or white background, I can also come with my mobile studio!

OUTSIDE, we'll set off together to a place that's close to your heart in Paris or the Ile-de-France region. A place that tells the story of your entrepreneurship and its dynamism.
