The AXA Assurance group organized a day of team building for around thirty of its managers from all over France. The corporate seminar took place at Domaine de la Voisine, an exceptional venue belonging to the Châteauform' group, renowned for its spaces specially designed for the organization of professional events.

The Domaine de la Voisine, nestled in the heart of nature in Clairefontaine-en-Yvelines, offers a setting conducive to concentration and exchange. This site, like all Châteauform' sites, is designed to encourage learning, cohesion and creativity. With its modern infrastructure and friendly atmosphere, it is ideal for immersive seminars where teams can both work and strengthen their bonds in a relaxed setting.

A two-part seminar: reflection and action

The morning was devoted to meetings and workshops on improving management and internal collaboration strategies. Through dynamic exchanges and interactive presentations, managers worked on concrete solutions to optimize team management and encourage effective leadership.

The afternoon was dedicated to a fun and collaborative team building activity. Participants were divided into small groups and asked to design, assemble and decorate soapboxes before competing in a race. This original activity stimulated creativity, team spirit and stress management in a collective challenge situation.

A photo report to capture the highlights

As an event photographer in Paris and the Paris region, my role was to immortalize the day through a team building photo report. I captured the key moments of the morning meetings, the interactions between participants and the excitement of the afternoon challenges. These images enable the company to keep a strong visual record of the event, both for its internal communications and to highlight its commitment to its employees.
