I'll set up a professional photo studio right on your premises: in a meeting room, reception area, or open-plan office. Setup takes less than an hour.

Each employee walks in front of the camera for 5 to 8 minutes, then immediately returns to their workstation.

The result: consistent, modern, and human portraits, with the same background, the same lighting, and the same look for the entire team, whether it consists of 20 or 200 people.

How long does it take to photograph an entire team?

It depends on the size of your workforce, but as a general rule, allow 5 to 8 minutes per person and set up in less than an hour. For a team of 20 to 50 employees, the session usually takes half a day to complete.

Can we take photos of employees at multiple locations?

Yes. I can work at multiple locations (branches) in Paris or elsewhere in France during separate sessions, using the same setup to ensure visual consistency across all the portraits.

How do you ensure consistency in the portraits?

That is precisely the advantage of the mobile studio. The same background, the same lighting, and the same framing for everyone, regardless of the day or location of the shoot.

How long will it take for us to receive the photos?

First, our staff selects the best portraits during the photo shoot. The retouched portraits are then delivered within 2 to 5 business days. For urgent projects, express delivery is available.

Can we bring in new employees after the main session?

Yes. I save the settings from your session (background, lighting, framing) so I can use them again when new employees join the team. Your portraits will maintain a consistent look over time.

What happens if an employee is absent on the day of the session?

Let's plan this together. I can schedule a make-up session or come back at a specific time to complete the missing portraits.
