Corporate portrait in Paris: a professional photo shoot in a coworking space
Valérie is an architect based in Courbevoie. To update her website and networks, she needed professional portraits that looked like her: natural, reassuring and reflecting her experience. We organized a photo shoot in a coworking space in Paris, in a relaxed atmosphere, with a variety of settings to capture different facets of her personality.
Shooting location: Wojo Saint-Lazare
The shoot took place at Wojo Saint-Lazare, a bright, modern and welcoming space. It's an ideal location for corporate portraits in Paris, with its green terraces, designer workspaces and rooftop views. As for the lighting, I alternated between natural light and remote flash, for a rendering that was both lively and professional.
A customized session made easy
Before the session, we discussed her expectations: to create professional photos, but without rigidity. Show her expertise while remaining accessible. During the shoot, I suggested several scenarios: outside on the terrace, seated with a computer, or standing in the common areas. The idea was to tell a story, without forcing the poses.
Images that reflect her personality
At the end of the shoot, Valérie selected 7 portraits, each with a different mood: serious, natural, smiling or in a work situation. These images will be used to feed her website, LinkedIn and other communication media. All with a visual coherence that reflects her activity as a freelance architect.
For me, this type of event is an opportunity to create a lively and structured photo report, which highlights human relationships and the identity of the company.
