The Positive Show 2025: optimism drives impact

On September 9, 2025, the Positive Show was one of the highlights of the Audio Media Impact (AMI) Group. Organized by Mediameeting, this annual conference brought together a demanding and enthusiastic audience at the Salons de l'Aveyron, Paris Bercy, around the theme of positive impact, resilience and engagement.

An inspiring and committed program

The aim of this conference: to spread energy, optimism and cohesion, and create links between employees, customers and partners around strong values.

The program featured three inspiring speeches:

  • Olivier Crosetta, former commando and Special Forces officer, gave a moving account of the power of a positive outlook in crisis situations, based on his extraordinary military and human experience.
  • Éric Bellion, sailor and adventurer, shared his experience of the Vendée Globe and the strength of the collective in the face of adversity, with his Stand As One project.
  • Finally, Natasha St-Pier concluded the sequence with a talk on positive discipline in everyday life, before surprising the audience with an intimate musical showcase.

Between these presentations, there was time for exchanges, networking and conviviality, enabling conference participants to extend their discussions over cocktails in the adjoining areas.

The aim of the Positive Show conference was to create an ecosystem where communication, media and commitment come together, and to persuade corporate communication players to put impact at the heart of their discourse.

Mediameeting & AMI: audio media for impact

Mediameeting is now part of Groupe Audio Media Impact (AMI), the leading national positive-impact audio media group. In February 2023, the group raised 6 million euros from IMPACT Partners to strengthen its mission and structure a sustainable media model.

This group brings together :

  • Mediameeting, expert in corporate audio (podcasts, in-house radio, audio communication);

  • PureVocation, which includes AirZen Radio - the first 100% positive national radio station in France - as well as positive communications consulting and advertising sales activities.

Mediameeting, founded in 2004, has built its reputation around the creation of value-added audio content for companies and communities (in-house radio, podcasts, custom programs). According to its LinkedIn page, Mediameeting plays a central role in the AMI ecosystem, promoting audio as a lever for voice and engagement.

Thanks to AMI, Mediameeting's approach is part of a wider project: developing positive audio media, measuring social impact, and creating audiences aligned with meaning.

My mission: to document emotion and meaning

During the Positive Show 2025, my photographic mission covered several dimensions:

  1. Capturing the speeches: photograph the speakers on stage (Crosetta, Bellion, St-Pier) with a good balance of light and stage atmosphere.

  2. Audience immersion: capture the audience's reactions, smiles, glances, applause and spontaneous interactions.

  3. Enhancing the site: restoring the atmosphere of the salons, the scenography, the conviviality and circulation areas.

  4. Intermediate moments: breaks, exchanges, networking during the cocktail party - capturing the human dimension behind the event.

  5. Delivery & use: supply a complete report (retouched selection) ready for use in communication media (website, networks, internal reports).

My approach always aims to balance technical skill (light, composition) and emotion (immediacy, naturalness), for images that speak beyond mere documentation.

Les Salons de l'Aveyron at Paris Bercy: a strategic showcase

Les Salons de l'Aveyron is an ideal venue for this type of event. Located in the Bercy area, close to the Cour Saint-Émilion station (metro 14), they offer modular spaces, urban accessibility and event know-how.

This venue is renowned for hosting conferences, seminars and B2B events, thanks to its technical infrastructure (sound system, live broadcasts, lighting) and reception services. It provides a seamless transition between the main auditorium and the break/cocktail areas.

For a conference like the Positive Show, combining stage presentations, projections, music and networking, the Salons de l'Aveyron offers a professional, adaptable setting that matches the ambitions of the AMI Group.

In conclusion

The Positive Show 2025 embodied the AMI Group's positioning: audio media, positive impact and commitment. For Mediameeting, it was a way of rallying its stakeholders around strong values. And for me, as a photographer, it was an opportunity to visually capture the inspiration, emotion and collective energy of this gathering.
