FIRE's 5th anniversary party at Hôtel Le Marois, Paris - Event photographer report

As an event photographer, I had the pleasure of covering the 5-year anniversary party of FIRE (Factor'Industry Real Estate) at theHôtel Le Marois, Paris. Over 200 guests gathered in this exceptional venue for an evening marking the brand's repositioning. On the program: unveiling of the new logo, birthday cake customized in the colors of the rebranding, and live performance by artist L'Atlas in tribute to the new visual identity. Mission: capture the atmosphere and interactions

On July 17, 2025, as event photographer, I had the privilege of covering FIRE's 5-year anniversary party at the prestigious Hôtel Le Marois in Paris. My mission was to capture the general atmosphere of the event, as well as the spontaneous interactions between the guests, whether they were FIRE's customers, investors or partners. I adopted an unobtrusive reportage approach to capture on the spot the moments of exchange, smiles and positive energy emanating from the trade shows. Aware of the importance of digital communication for FIRE, I also selected and retouched the best images the very next day, delivering a complete report in less than 24 hours for broadcast on their social networks.

The venue: Hôtel Le Marois, a top-of-the-range event venue in Paris

The evening was held at Hôtel Le Marois, an upscale Paris event venue located in the 8ᵉ arrondissement, opposite the Grand Palais. This prestigious Napoleon III-style mansion offers an elegant setting for corporate events, with its Second Empire-decorated ceremonial lounges, monumental grand staircase and terrace opening onto gardens. With a modular surface area of some 850 m², Hôtel Le Marois can accommodate up to 600 guests in cocktail format, making it one of the most sought-after venues for corporate evenings and prestigious events in the heart of Paris.

A convivial anniversary party and rebranding unveiled

Organized to celebrate FIRE's fifth anniversary, the evening brought together over 200 guests in an atmosphere that was both professional and convivial. In the sumptuous setting of the Hôtel Le Marois, managers, staff, partners and customers enjoyed networking exchanges and a refined cocktail reception throughout the evening.

One of the highlights of the event was the unveiling of FIRE's new visual identity. The company's new logo was unveiled, projected large on an exterior wall, officially marking the brand's repositioning. For the occasion, a personalized birthday cake in the colors of the rebranding was also presented, arousing the enthusiasm of the guests. This fifth anniversary thus took on the air of an official launch, symbolizing FIRE's evolution and renewed vision for the future.

L'Atlas: a unique artistic performance

The presence of urban artist L'Atlas added a strong artistic dimension to the evening. Known for his unique graphic style combining calligraphy and geometric forms, L'Atlas created an original work specially designed to echo FIRE's new visual territory. This creation, unveiled live, fascinated the audience and placed art at the heart of the event, reinforcing the memorable nature of this celebration.
